Olmapi32.dll file is very critical for the smooth working of MS Outlook. It is the file which is responsible for providing messaging services to the users through Outlook. Actually when user freshly installs MS Outlook (any version) the MAPI32.dll file which is located in c:\windows\system32\Mapi32.dll gets renewed which is not causing the issue so, the problem persists. The actual DLL which is causing the problem is MSMapi32.dll which is located at c:\Program Files\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\1033 which need to be renamed in order to rectify the issue. After renaming that file simply reinstall the MS Outlook it will surely work perfectly. As an alternative user can also delete the MSMAPI32.dll which is located at c:\Program Files\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\1033 and then restart Outlook. It will automatically reinstall the file and you will not need to run the Office setup.
